Refund policy

🩸 Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee

We created OWN IT to remind you how powerful you already are, and we want you to experience that for yourself. So your first pair is Bang On risk-free.

Wear them for your period, and if they’re not right for you for any reason, just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll ask you to complete a short feedback questionnaire so we can keep improving. Once we’ve received your feedback and your returned first pair, we’ll refund the cost of that pair.

Return shipping is your responsibility.

If you bought a bundle, the guarantee applies to the first pair you try. Any additional pairs you wish to return must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene liner and tags intact.

📦 Standard Return Conditions

Outside of our Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee, returned items must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Have all original tags and the hygiene liner intact
  • Be returned in original packaging

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused.

🔄 Refunds

  • All returns are inspected once received
  • Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank

For returns made under our Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee, your refund will be processed once we’ve received both your returned first pair and your completed feedback questionnaire.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service

🇬🇧 UK & 🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under UK or EU consumer law, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene-sealed products, return eligibility may depend on whether the hygiene seal has been removed. Your statutory rights are separate from our Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee and are not affected by it.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Outside of our Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Worn or washed period pants
  • Items with the hygiene liner removed
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty or where you have a statutory right to return them

Your first worn pair may still qualify for a refund under our Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee, subject to the conditions above.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photos, where possible

We’ll work with you to put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Reason for your return
  • Photos, if the item is faulty or damaged

If you’re claiming under our Bang On Risk-Free First Pair Guarantee, we’ll also send you a short feedback questionnaire to complete before your refund is processed.
