We want you to feel confident and comfy in your Bang On Period pants. If something isn’t right, we’ll always be fair while keeping things hygienic for everyone.
🩸 First Pair Guarantee
Because period pants are an intimate product, we offer a First Pair Guarantee:

Your first pair of Bang On Period pants can be returned within 30 days of delivery

The item must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene liner and tags intact
-
This applies whether you purchased a single pair or a bundle
(“First pair” means the first Bang On Period pants you try)
Once a pair has been worn or washed, we can’t accept it back for hygiene reasons.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn

Be unwashed
-
Have all original tags and hygiene liner attached

Be returned in original packaging
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused.
🔄 Refunds

All returns are inspected once received

You’ll be notified if your refund is approved or rejected

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear (bank dependent)
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

🇬🇧 UK & 🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
In line with UK & EU consumer law:

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order

Items must still be unworn, unwashed, and with hygiene liner intact

Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 days
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Worn or washed period pants

Items without hygiene liners

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and photos

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund
